How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you to make a general enquiry as to our overall services, pricing and or availability. We do not receive information indirectly from other sources.

We use the information you provide simply to respond to your enquiry (by website contact form, email or telephone) and to answer any questions you may raise with us.

We do not share this information with any third party, organisation or individual.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are because we may enter into a contractual obligation with you.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. We keep your contact details and a record of any ongoing email communication, notes from telephone conversations, other meetings in person or online, for a period up to one year from the date of your last contact with us.

We keep your data, contact history and records securely, on a dedicated, reputable and industry recognised CMS database, and will securely destroy and dispose of your data by means of full deletion of all history.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
